Direct Linking
Ever wondered what direct linking is, and why people say not to do it? Well, I'm going to explain.

Direct Linking
Direct linking is where you just right click on a pixel you want, go to properties and just take the URL there, or just right click and 'copy image URL'. This is bad, as it means you're taking other people's bandwith away from them - stealing.

How NOT to direct link
To NOT direct link, right click on the pixel you want and save it in your own files. Then hop along to photobucket etc and upload it (this is uploading to your own server). This is good, as it means you're not using other people's bandwith. ^___~

The difference
The difference between these two is that when you just take the pixel's original URL and put it on your own site, when the pixel loads up, you're loading it up from THEIR website/photobucket etc account. When you use your own photobucket etc URL, you're using your own URL, which is not stealing. Understand? ^____^;;

I hope this helped some people, and if you have any questions, e-mail or tag me. ^^;
