(Alright, what I’m posting here is the short essay I wrote for my school IT project last year, the one I had planned to upload a long time ago  Enjoy!)
CPU (Central Processing Unit) might be defined the “heart of a computer”, because its purpose is to receive instructions from the computer’s memory and execute them, in order to process information. The processed data will then be put back into the memory; this procedure is called “decoding”. Speed of execution depends on the processor (which is what a CPU is – a processor because it processes information) and on how large data is. Thus, a CPU can also be compared to an engine that puts information to work.
A CPU is located at the center of a computer’s motherboard, which is what makes a computer ‘alive’ . The best way to keep a CPU “healthy” is to avoid overheating. Programs that help the user manage it are SpeedFan, which monitors the heat of all computer components, and Motherboard Monitor, which provides similar functions.

It’s Kerri’s birthday today!!! She’s 7 years old now, how cool! She’s older than me, ahah xD
She had a party here in Robocity today There were her mom and sister with Jazz, Prowl and the kids, then my parents, my bro Wheeljack and I, and Ambrosia, Ironhide, Selenia, Megatron, Goldbug, Thunder and Scarlette. Hehe, a big crew, isn’t it? Well, we had loads of fun. First, Kerri’s mom showed a biiiiig strawberry cream cake she had bought for the occasion (yeah, Kerri likes strawberry cream ); then it was funny because Unicron came later and bought his chocolate cake, totally unaware that another cake had been bought for the occasion ^^” Ahahah… if you know Unicron a bit, you can imagine what happened If not… well, he kind of felt hurt by the coincidence. Poor Uni ^^” Alright, so then we had a nice dinner consisting of super yummy food: pizza napoletana (lurve it! x9), grilled steak, salad, sushi and dressed potatoes. I never ate so much Ahah. The after dinner we sang happy birthday to Kerri, took photos and ate cake (both! xD but there were left overs of course! it was really too much!). Unicron stayed over with us and ate a lot, especially cakes LOL. When it was time to upack presents, Kerri was delight with mine. Hehe! I bought her something that she wished to have for looong time: a necklace and a charmy top from her favourite lolita shop on Ebay, “Little Chili Lolita Shop“. Hehe. She tried them on, and I took a photo of her too x3 So cute! I’ll see if I can post it by Sunday, because I still use a very old camera and I need to develop it and scan it first. *sigh* I so need a cell phone! xP
Well, we ended the party with a karaoke and a movie – High School Musical 3 – chosen by Kerri  Wasn’t it just a blast, guys? I had so much fun xD And I could spend the whole afternoon and evening with my adorable girlfriend. Happy birthday darling!
